01

Mission and values

Serve customers with integrity, reliability and care. Communicate honestly, protect company and customer property, and check the quality of your work.

02

Attendance and reliability

Confirm the reporting location and schedule with management. Arrive prepared, record all work accurately and communicate lateness or absence promptly. Protected leave and accommodation needs are considered under applicable law. Exact schedules, notice thresholds, pay and benefits require owner confirmation.

03

Safety and readiness

Inspect the property and equipment, use task-appropriate PPE, and stop when weather, heat, bystanders or unsafe equipment make work hazardous. Only trained authorized people operate trucks, trailers, mowers or powered tools. Outdoor schedules may change; confirm instructions before traveling.

04

Customer service and quality

Respect gates, pets, irrigation, windows and parked vehicles. Refer scope changes to management. Complete a final walkthrough and report unfinished work or damage.

05

Appearance and company property

Use clean, safe task-appropriate clothing and required protective equipment. Care for tools, inventory, uniforms and devices; report loss or defects. Exact dress and issue/return details will be confirmed before assignment, with applicable accommodations considered.

06

Respect and reporting concerns

We consider job-related qualifications and prohibit unlawful discrimination and harassment. Applicants may request assistance or reasonable accommodation through Richard. Religious participation is not a condition of employment with either business. This general company statement is prepared for owner and legal review. Raise concerns with the supervisor or Richard; bypass a supervisor involved in the concern. Good-faith reports must not lead to retaliation. An independent alternate reporting contact must be designated before a formal handbook is issued. External reporting rights remain available.

07

Privacy and public representation

Protect customer details, keys, codes, order records and private images. Only authorized people speak for the company. These expectations do not prohibit lawful discussion of wages, hours, working conditions or protected reports.

08

Employment relationship

Proposed Mississippi general policy language: employment is intended to be at will, subject to applicable law and an enforceable written agreement. These pages do not create a contract or guarantee hours or benefits. This language requires owner and legal review; it is not legal advice.

09

Before the first day

Confirm role, supervisor, written pay and schedule details, reporting contacts, timekeeping, required private hiring paperwork, PPE, training and emergency procedures. Review the issued handbook and sign its receipt acknowledgment only after the approved version is provided.
